(2)具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度; (3)具有履行合同所必需的设备和专业技术能力; (4)具有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录; (5)参加此项采购活动前三年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录; (6)法律、行政法规规定的其他条件。 2、投标人拟派项目经理需具有相关专业中级及以上职称，且未担任其他在施建设工程项目。 3、不得为“信用中国”网站中列入失信被执行人和重大税收违法案件当事人名单的投标人，不得为“中国政府采购网”政府采购严重违反失信行为记录名单中被财政部门禁止参加政府采购活动的投标人，未被列入全国企业(主体市场)信用信息公示系统经营异常名录及严重违法失信企业黑名单，或存在其它影响投标及履约能力的情形。 4、本项目不接受联合体投标。 五、投标人购买谈判文件须携带以下报名资料的原件及加盖公章的两套复印件。 <p align="left" style="font-size: 16px;
