background: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-size: 16px; font-family: 宋体; font-weight: normal; text-align: left; color: black; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; clear: both;"> 注：本谈判文件涉及的所有采购内容各项技术标准应当符合国家强制性标准，首轮报价不得超出预算价。 3、范围包括：货物的供应、运输、安装、调试、验收和售后服务等。具体报价范围、采购范围及所应达到的具体要求，以本谈判文件中商务、技术和服务的相应规定为准。 4、供货安装期：签订合同后10天完成。 5、交货地点：大同经济技术开发区装备制造产业园服务中心。 四、参与投标的供应商应具备的资格条件 1、具有独立承担民事责任的能力; 2、具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度; 3、具有履行合同所必需的货物和专业技术能力; 4、有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录; 5、参加本次政府采购活动前三年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录; 6、未被列入《中国政府采购网》(www.ccgp.gov.cn)政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单、未被列入《信用中国》 (www.creditchina.gov.cn)企业失信被执行人名单; 7、本次采购不接受联合体投标。 五、报价人购买谈判文件须携带以下资料 1、营业执照副本(三证合一); 2、法定代表人的身份证复印件(加盖公章); 3、如投标人代表不是法定代表人，经办人需持有《法定代表人授权书》(有法人代表本人签字、被授权人签字，附法定代表人和被委托人身份证复印件); 4、基本账户开户许可证; 5、具备审计资格的第三方出具的上一年财务审计报告或其基本户开户银行出具的资信证明; 6、提供开标前近一年的社会保险缴纳凭据; 7、提供开标前近一年的纳税凭据; 8、供应商须提供本项目采购公告发布日期之后通过“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)和中国政府采购网 (www.ccgp.gov.cn)查询其上述信用记录的信用信息查询结果无不良记录网页打印结果截图(事业单位无须提供“信用中国”查询记录)。 <p align="left" style="line-height: 30px;
