2、具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度; 3、具有履行合同所必需的设备和专业技术能力; 4、有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录; 5、参加此项政府采购活动前三年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法违纪的记录; 6、具备行政主管部门颁发的劳务派遣经营许可证; 7、法律、行政法规规定的其他条件; 8、本项目不接受联合体投标。 五.项目负责人报名领取招标文件须携带的资料： 1、法定代表人授权委托书、法人身份证、被授权人身份证; 2、合法有效的营业执照、基本账户开户许可证、行政主管部门颁发的劳务派遣经营许可证; 3、近半年内缴纳增值税或企业所得税的纳税证明，依法免税的需提供免税证明文件; 4、最近一次社保缴纳证明; 5、具备审计资格的第三方出具的审计报告或其基本开户银行出具的资信证明; 6、信用中国网站、中国政府采购网的信用查询记录(报名期间查询); 7、投标人近三年内无犯罪记录声明函。 以上资料必须提供原件(原件验后归还)并加盖报价人公章的清晰复印件(叁套留存)，且属于合法有效的。如不能提供，我公司将依据有关条例规定，有权拒绝任何报价人购买招标文件。(有关本次招标的具体事宜请与项目联系人咨询) 六.投标报名时间及招标文件领取： <p align="left" style="text-align: left;
