line-height: 16pt; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt;">三<span>.</span>投标人资格要求</p> <p style="background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: 16pt; text-indent: 24pt; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt;"><span>3.1</span>符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第<span>22</span>条规定的条件。即在中国注册的企业法人及其他组织；具有独立承担民事责任的能力；具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度；具有履行合同所必需的货物和专业技术能力；具有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录；参加政府采购活动前三年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录；具备法律、法规规定的其他条件。</p> <p style="background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; line-height: 16pt; text-indent: 24pt; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt;"><span>3.2 </span>投标人须具备建设行政主管部门核发的房屋建筑工程监理丙级及以上资质；拟担任本招标项目监理的人员要求：总监<span>1</span>人，具备房屋建筑工程专业国家注册监理工程师执业资格；近三年<span>(2016-2018</span>年<span>)</span>具有相关类似业绩，且在人员、设备和资金等方面具有相应的能力；<span>(2015-2017</span>年<span>)</span>财务审计报告；具有<span>2018</span>年依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录；提供“信用中国”网站<span>(www.creditchina.gov.cn)</span>、中国政府采购网<span>(</span><a><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none;">www.ccgp.gov.cn)</span><span style="color: windowtext; text-decoration: none;">查询的投标人信用记录截图</span></a>，拒绝列入政府取消投标资格记录期间的企业或个人投标。。</p> <p style="background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;
