line-height: 2; text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;">四、招标文件获取时间和方式：参与四平市公共资源交易招标项目的供应商，必须在四平市公共资源交易网（http://ggzy.siping.gov.cn/）上注册、2019年3月5日到2019年3月12日免费下载招标文件；投标人必须在距离开标24小时之前在四平市公共资源交易平台“确认参加投标”界面点击“投标”按钮，否则投标无效；点击“投标”按钮后，开标时不参与投标的，取消其在1至2年内投标资格。</p><p></p> <p style="text-align: justify;
