text-indent: 2em; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 14pt; vertical-align: bottom; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">4.1参与辽源市政府公共资源交易中心交易项目的投标人，一律在辽源市公共资源交易服务网（www.lygg.gov.cn）进行网上报名，报名时间：2019年3月5日8：30至2019年3月7日16：00止。<br/> 网上报名须知：登录辽源市公共资源交易服务网（www.lygg.gov.cn），按照规定注册主体信息，注册成功后，使用CA锁登录系统，在对应的菜单进行网上报名，务必在规定的报名期限截止时间之前进行网上报名才具有投标资格。<br/> 4.2符合要求的投标人申请人请在辽源市公共资源交易服务网（<a>www.lygg.gov.cn</a>）招标公告部分下载招标文件。</p> <p style="margin: 0px 0cm;
