text-indent: 28pt;">核定本护岸工程级别为5级，本防洪工程保护农田面积<5万亩，防洪工程等级别为V等。本护岸工程初步设计阶段永久性水工建筑物洪水标准按广西水利厅《关于广西防城港市上思县那板河治理规划的批复》采用五年一遇（P=20%）。本工程区基本地震动峰值加速度为0.005g，基本地震动加速度反应谱特征周期为0.35g，设计地震分组为第一组，工程区地震基本烈度为Ⅵ度。</p><p style="line-height: 25pt; text-indent: 28pt;"> (2)工程总体布置</p><p style="line-height: 25pt; text-indent: 28pt;">按照上思县那板河综合治理规划的治理范围，根据轴线布置原则，结合地形、地质条件，本次上思县那板河在妙镇那苗村河段治理工程采用平岸设计对河岸进行防护，共设置生态护岸长2.984Km，基本沿那板河左岸进行护岸布置。为防止积水，于左岸冲沟处共设置5条排水沟，尺寸为0.5X0.5m。在原有下河小路处共设置7个下河台阶，以满足附近村民的生活和生产需求。</p><p style="line-height: 23pt; text-indent: 28pt;">1.2.1  本合同承包人承担的主体工程项目及其工作内容</p><p style="line-height: 23pt; text-indent: 28pt;">上思县思阳镇明哲村怡诚农业核心示范区高效节水灌溉工程施工，作为1个标段。招标内容包括：招标内容包括治理河段总长约2.984km，从在妙镇那凤大桥上游左岸的抽水泵站起，至下游那苗村附近止，治理措施为修建护岸等,具体内容详见项目招标图纸和工程量清单。”</p><p style="line-height: 23pt;
