style="text-indent:21.1000pt;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:18.0000pt;"><strong>采购内容：</strong>建设规模描述范围内的的道路提质工程及其配套附属设施工程检测服务,包含道路平整度、压实度、交工等检测，以及施工图及工程量清单范围内所有要求检测的内容,详见竞争性磋商文件第三章《项目采购需求》。</p><p style="text-indent:25.8pt;line-height:18pt;">2、取得省级以上住房城乡建设主管部门颁发的相应建设工程质量检测资质证书，本次采购要求资质证书具有见证取样检测资质范围，若磋商人为贺州市外的检测机构，见证取样类检测必须在贺州设有固定试验室并通过计量认证，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应承揽本项目的能力。</p><p style="text-indent:25.8pt;line-height:18pt;">3、具备省级以上质量技术监督部门颁发的检验检测机构资质认定证书，资质认定证书附表内容须满足采购范围的要求；</p><p style="text-indent:25.8000pt;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:18.0000pt;">4、拟投入本项目的项目负责人：要求具备工程师以上（含工程师）职称及持有工程检测上岗证。</p><p
