text-indent: 15.75pt;">采购预算（人民币）：壹佰陆拾柒万陆仟柒佰玖拾柒元陆角玖分（¥***.69）。</p><p style="line-height: 22pt;"><strong>2.竞标人资格要求</strong></p><p style="line-height: 22pt; text-indent: 15.75pt;">（1）符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定的条件，国内具有独立法人资格；</p><p style="line-height: 22pt; text-indent: 15.75pt;">（2）须符合《<a ignore="1">广西壮族自治区建筑市场诚信卡管理暂行办法</a>》（桂建管﹝2013）17号）和《关于加强广西建筑业企业诚信信息库日常维护管理的通知》（桂建管﹝2014）25号）的规定，已办理入库手续并处于有效状态;</p><p style="line-height: 22pt; text-indent: 15.75pt;">(3)国内注册（指按国家有关规定要求注册的）并具备建设行政主管部门颁发的建筑工程施工总承包叁级（含叁级）以上资质, 并取得有效的安全生产许可证且在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力;</p><p style="line-height: 22pt; text-indent: 15.75pt;">(4)拟担任本项目的项目经理应具备二级（含以上级）注册建造师资格（建筑工程专业）安全考核合格B证，本项目不接受有在建、已中标未开工或已列为其他项目中标候选人第一名的建造师作为项目经理；</p><p style="line-height: 22pt; text-indent: 15.75pt;">（5）本次政府采购不接受联合体竞标；</p><p style="line-height: 22pt; text-indent: 15.75pt;">（6）本项目不接受未购买本项目竞争性谈判文件的竞标人竞标。</p><p style="line-height: 22pt; text-indent: 15.75pt;">（7）关联供应商不得参加同一合同项下政府采购活动，否则竞标文件将被视为无效。单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同的供应商，不得参加同一合同项下的政府采购活动；</p><p style="line-height: 22pt;
