margin: 0pt 0pt 0pt 23.95pt">谈判工程商必须符合《政府采购法》第二十二条规定的条件；</p><p style="line-height: 150%; text-indent: 24pt">1、 在中国境内注册，具有独立法人资格、营业执照；</p><p style="line-height: 150%; text-indent: 24pt">2、谈判工程商必须具备建设行政主管部门核发的市政工程三级及以上资质及有效期内的安全生产许可证；</p><p style="line-height: 180%; text-indent: 24pt">3、谈判工程商拟投入本工程项目经理必须具备市政专业二级及以上建造师资格，具有项目经理安全B级证书；</p><p style="line-height: 180%; text-indent: 24pt">4、项目技术负责人必须具备中级及以上职称，八大员(施工员、质量员、安全员、标准员、材料员、机械员、劳务员、<a ignore="1">资料员</a>)必须具备相应上岗证，安全员必须具备安全C级证书；</p><p style="line-height: 180%; text-indent: 24pt">5、以上人员必须注册于本单位（需提供拟派人员劳务合同及社保卡、社会保障部门盖章的明细证明材料）；</p><p style="line-height: 150%; text-indent: 24pt">6. 谈判工程商近两年来（2016年、2017年）具有类似工程业绩，拟派的项目经理（建造师）具有类似工程业绩，并能提供证明文件(中标通知书或工程合同)；</p><p style="line-height: 150%; text-indent: 24pt">7、谈判工程商须提供公司近三个月缴纳税收和项目班子社保缴纳的有效证明材料；</p><p style="line-height: 150%; text-indent: 24pt">8、谈判工程商须提供公司2016、2017年财务审计报告；</p><p style="line-height: 150%; text-indent: 24pt">9、谈判工程商参加本项目投标活动前三年内，在经营活动中无重大违法记录；</p><p style="line-height: 150%;
