text-indent: 24pt">（四）项目内容及需求:详细技术要求见本项目招标文件第三章内</p><p style="line-height: 140%; margin: 0pt 0pt 0pt 23.95pt">二、投标人资格要求</p><p style="line-height: 140%; text-indent: 24pt">1、投标人应具备《政府采购法》第二十二条规定的条件；且在中国工商行政管理机关注册登记取得营业执照，具有独立法人资格，能独立承担民事责任的经济实体；</p><p style="line-height: 140%; text-indent: 24pt">2、投标人必须具有相应的经营范围，且在武汉市有长期固定的售后服务机构；</p><p style="line-height: 140%; text-indent: 24pt">3、投标人必须具有近三年内类似业绩并提供相关证明材料；</p><p style="line-height: 140%; text-indent: 24pt">4、投标人近三年内在经营活动中无重大违法记录书面申明；</p><p style="line-height: 140%; text-indent: 24pt">5、投标人有良好的纳税记录，提供税务机关出具近6个月的纳税凭证；</p><p style="line-height: 140%; text-indent: 24pt">6、投标人在“信用中国”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）无不良记录及失信记录且在中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）无严重违法失信行为信息记录截图加盖公章；</p><p style="line-height: 140%; text-indent: 24pt">7、本项目不接受联合体投标。</p><p style="line-height: 140%; text-indent: 24pt">（三）如国家法律法规对市场准入有要求的还应符合相关规定。<br/>以上资格要求为本次项目投标人应具备的基本条件，参加投标的投标人必须满足资格要求中的对应的所有条款，并按照相关规定递交资格证明文件。<br/>三、招标文件的获取：</p><p style="line-height: 140%; text-indent: 24pt">（一）获取时间： 2019年01月03日起至2019年01月09日（北京时间每天上午9：00时～11:30时、下午14：30时 ～16：30时，法定节假日除外）。<br/> （二）获取地点：湖北名达工程咨询有限责任公司</p><p style="line-height: 140%; margin: 0pt 0pt 0pt 24pt">（三）获取要求：符合资格的投标人应当在获取时间内，携带资格证明材料原件审查合格后领取采购文件。<br/> 身份证、营业执照副本和资格证书原件及加盖公章复印件；到湖北名达工程咨询有限责任公司报名并购买招标文件;招标文件每套500元（售后不退）。</p><p style="line-height: 140%;
