margin: 3pt 0em"><a name="_Toc46******1"></a><strong>2. </strong><strong>项目概况与招标范围</strong></h2><p align="justify" style="text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-align: justify; line-height: 20pt; text-indent: 21pt">2.1建设地点：玉林市福绵区石和镇旺久村。</p><p align="justify" style="text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-align: justify; line-height: 20pt; text-indent: 21pt">2.2建设规模：玉林福绵机场及玉林福绵机场增建商务区和通用航空服务区非民航专业工程建安投资约28960万元；非民航专业工程主要包含机场航站楼工程（不含民航专业弱电工程、土石方工程）、桩基础工程，航管楼及塔台工程、给排水和排污工程、消防救援工程、供电工程、航站区总图工程、生产辅助生活服务设施工程等。</p><p align="justify" style="text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-align: justify; line-height: 20pt; text-indent: 21pt">3.1 本次招标要求投标人:</p><p align="justify" style="text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-align: justify; line-height: 20pt; text-indent: 21pt">(1) 取得省级以上住房城乡建设主管部门颁发的相应建设工程质量检测资质证书，本次招标要求资质证书须具有：？见证取样检测、？地基基础工程检测、？主体结构工程现场检测、？钢结构工程检测、？建筑物附属设备安装工程检测等资质范围；</p><p align="justify" style="text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-align: justify; line-height: 20pt; text-indent: 21pt">（2）符合《自治区住房城乡建设厅关于加强建设工程质量检测机构异地试验室管理工作的通知》(桂建发〔2018〕6号)中“从事见证取样检测项目的检测机构或其异地试验室，原则上不得跨区域（市、县）开展检测业务。”的要求。</p><p align="justify" style="text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-align: justify; line-height: 20pt; text-indent: 21pt">(3) 具备省级以上质量技术监督部门颁发的检验检测机构资质认定证书，资质认定证书附表内容须满足招标范围的要求；</p><p align="justify" style="text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-align: justify; line-height: 20pt; text-indent: 21pt">(4) 符合《<a ignore="1">广西壮族自治区建筑市场诚信卡管理暂行办法</a>》（桂建管﹝2013﹞17号）和《关于加强广西建筑业企业诚信信息库日常维护管理的通知》（桂建管﹝2014﹞25号）的要求，已办理诚信库入库手续并处于有效状态。</p><p align="justify" style="text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 20pt; text-indent: 21pt">3.2 投标人信息以广西建筑业企业诚信信息库为准【<strong>备注：广西建筑业企业诚信信息库仅包括与房建市政工程有关的施工、监理、检测、招标代理、园林绿化等类型的企业、人员、项目及诚信信息。其他非房建市政类工程项目的招标文件要求投标人信息以诚信库信息为准的，投标人应依法向招标人提出异议。以下所有“投标人信息以广西建筑业企业诚信信息库为准”的表述，均同此备注</strong>】。</p><p align="justify" style="text-justify: inter-ideograph;
