text-indent: 21pt;">1、全州县国家机关、事业单位、团体组织使用财政性资金或纳入财政管理的其他资金采购单项预算金额在人民币10万元以上（含10万元）～100万元以下（不含100万元）的工程设计（水运、农林、消防设施、地质灾害治理）服务。<strong>（注：本次定点采购是指通过公开招标，统一确定全州县国家机关、事业单位、团体组织小额工程设计服务单位及其价格优惠率、服务承诺等内容，由全州县国家机关、事业单位、团体组织在定点有效期内按规定选择定点服务单位进行服务的一种采购方式，但采购人不保证所有中标供应商都能在定点范围内承接到业务，请各投标人自行考虑其风险。）</strong></p><p style="line-height: 150%; text-indent: 21pt;">1. 符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条和《政府采购法实施条例》第十八条规定，具备合法资格的供应商；</p><p style="line-height: 150%; text-indent: 31.5pt;">2.D分标投标人须具备有效的省级以上（含省级）相关行政主管部门颁发的工程设计（水运工程）资质证书；</p><p style="line-height: 150%; text-indent: 31.5pt;">G分标投标人须具备有效的省级以上（含省级）相关行政主管部门颁发的工程设计（农林工程）资质证书；</p><p style="line-height: 150%; text-indent: 31.5pt;">I分标投标人须具备有效的省级以上（含省级）相关行政主管部门颁发的工程设计（消防设施）资质证书；</p><p style="line-height: 150%; text-indent: 31.5pt;">J分标投标人须具备有效的省级以上（含省级）相关行政主管部门颁发的工程设计（地质灾害治理）资质证书；</p><p style="line-height: 150%; text-indent: 31.5pt;">注：各投标人可多投多中，评标顺序为D→J。</p><p style="line-height: 150%; text-indent: 21pt;">3. 对在“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)、中国政府采购网(www.ccgp.gov.cn)等渠道列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单及其他不符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定条件的供应商，不得参与政府采购活动。</p><p style="line-height: 150%;
