text-indent: 21pt;">3.2 投标人须具备建设行政主管部门核发的市政公用工程施工总承包叁级及以上资质，具有有效安全生产许可证的法人或其他组织，企业近三年（2016年-2018年）至少有一项类似项目业绩。并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力。其中，投标人拟派项目经理须具备市政公用工程专业贰级及以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在施建设工程项目的项目经理；</p><p style="line-height: 150%; text-indent: 21pt;">3.3 投标人近三年（2015年-2017年）财务状况良好；</p><p style="line-height: 150%; text-indent: 21pt;">3.4 入吉企业在我省承揽工程须按照吉建管〔2018〕12号文件规定办理企业信息登记后方可参与投标。</p><p style="line-height: 150%; text-indent: 21pt;">3.5 本次招标不接受联合体投标；</p><p style="line-height: 150%;
