line-height: 19pt; text-indent: 20.6pt; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;">1、符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；</p><p style="text-align: left; line-height: 19pt; text-indent: 20.6pt; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;">2、国内注册法人单位（指按国家有规定要求注册的），具有从事本项目的经营范围和能力，具备林业调查规划设计资质乙级以上（含乙级）；并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的能力；</p><p style="text-align: left; line-height: 19pt; text-indent: 20.6pt; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;">3、拟投入本项目负责人应具备林业工程专业高级职称；</p><p style="text-align: left; line-height: 19pt; text-indent: 20.6pt; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;">4、参加政府采购活动前三年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录和不良信用记录；（被列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单及其他不符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定条件的供应商，将被拒绝其参与本次政府采购活动。供应商可在“信用中国”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）查询相关供应商主体信用记录，同时须将查询结果截图在投标文件中提交，(打印本项目公告日期以后的均可）。</p><p style="text-align: left;
