line-height: 22pt; text-indent: 21pt"> <span style="font-size: 10.5pt">2、国内注册（指按国家工商管理有关规定要求注册的）经营范围达到本次采购项目要求，具有独立法人资格。</span> </div> <div style="margin: 0pt; line-height: 22pt; text-indent: 21pt"> <span style="font-size: 10.5pt">3、具备有效的水利水电工程施工总承包叁级或叁级以上资质，具有省级及以上建设行政主管部门颁发的安全生产许可证，在人员、设备、资金等方面具备相应的施工能力。 </span> </div> <div style="margin: 0pt; line-height: 22pt; text-indent: 21pt"> <span style="font-size: 10.5pt">4、拟任本工程项目的项目经理（注册建造师）须具备水利水电类专业注册建造师贰级或贰级以上资格，并具有中级或以上技术职称；持有有效的B类安全生产考核合格证。 </span> </div> <div style="margin: 0pt; line-height: 22pt; text-indent: 21pt"> <span style="font-size: 10.5pt">5、拟投入本工程项目的管理人员中技术负责人须具有水利水电类专业中级或以上技术职称；质量管理员须具有初级或以上技术职称，并持有省级或省级以上水行政主管部门或者水利工程质量监督部门颁发的质检员资格证书；安全管理员须具有初级或以上技术职称，并持有省级或省级以上水行政主管部门颁发的C类安全生产考核合格证。</span> </div> <div style="margin: 0pt;
