text-align: justify; line-height: 200%; text-indent: 21pt; margin: 0pt; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric"> 3.1 本次招标要求投标人须符合《 <a>广西壮族自治区建筑市场诚信卡管理暂行办法》（桂建管﹝2013﹞17号）和《关于加强广西建筑业企业诚信信息库日常维护管理的通知》（桂建管﹝2014﹞25号）的规定，已办理诚信库入库手续并处于有效状态，投标人须具备建筑工程施工总承包叁级(含叁级)以上或建筑装修装饰工程施工总承包叁级(含叁级)以上资质，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具备相应的施工能力。其中，投标人拟派项目经理须具备[建筑工程专业二级](含二级)以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书（B类）以及中级职称证，。本项目不接受有在建、已中标未开工或已列为其他项目中标候选人第一名的建造师作为项目经理。供应商不得为失信被执行人，在“信用中国”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中国政府采购网(www.ccgp.gov.cn)等渠道无列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单的供应商。</a> </div> <div align="justify" style="text-justify: inter-ideograph;
