background: white">本项目采用不记名方式购买竞争性谈判采购文件，潜在竞标人不需竞标报名，自2019年4月10日至2019年4月12日17时30分止在巴马瑶族自治县公共资源交易中心网（</span>http://www.bmggzy.org.cn <span style="font-size: 12pt; background: white">）下载竞争性谈判采购文件电子版，逾期下载无效。竞争性谈判采购文件电子版每套售价300元（不再收取其他任何费用），采购代理机构在竞标人递交竞标文件现场收取费用及开具凭证（由于现场收取竞争性谈判采购文件电子版费用并开具相关凭证，建议竞标人在竞标截止时间前1小时到达开标会现场缴纳费用，以免耽误竞标）。</span> </div> <div style="line-height: 20pt;
