font-weight: bold">1、</span></b> <span style="font-size: 10.5pt">竞标人要求具有国内独立法人资格，具备建设行政主管部门核发公路工程或市政公用工程施工总承包叁级以上（含叁级）资质</span> <span style="font-size: 10.5pt">，</span> <span style="font-size: 10.5pt">并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力，且在经营业务中无不良行为记录。项目经理要求：具备公路工程或市政公用工程专业二级以上（含二级）注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书（B类），且未担任其他在施工建设工程项目的项目经理（符合桂建管﹝2013﹞17号文除外）。</span> </div> <div style="layout-grid-mode: char;
