Brief Specification Description: In order to effectively promote the land reduction work in Gaoqiao Town and accelerate the demolition and reclamation, it is proposed to implement the demolition project of land reduction houses and floors in Gaoqiao Town in 2025. Among them, the area of demolished houses is approximately 14,000 square meters, and the area of demolished floors is approximately 13,530 square meters. For specific quantities and requirements, please refer to the bill of quantities/drawings.
合同履约期限：本项目施工工期150日历天，计划开工日期：2025年6月30日（暂定，具体开工日期以采购人通知为准）
The Contract Period: The construction period of this project is 150 calendar days. The planned start date is June 30, 2025 (tentative, the exact start date is subject to the notice of the purchaser).

3、具有建筑工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质；
4、具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
5、拟派项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
6、业绩要求：无；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Not included in the list of dishonesty executors, major tax violation dishonest entities, or serious illegal and dishonest behaviors in government procurement on Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China. 3. Possess a Class III or above general contracting qualification for construction projects; 4. Possess a valid work safety license; 5. The proposed project leader should hold a second-level or higher registered constructor qualification in the field of building engineering, possess a valid certificate of qualification for safety production assessment, and not be concurrently serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction project. 6.
