4、项目负责人具备通信与广电工程一级注册建造师执业资格。

The bidder shall possess a qualification of Grade III or above for general contracting of communication engineering construction issued by the Ministry of Construction; 4. The project leader shall possess a professional qualification of Grade I registered construction engineer for communication and broadcasting engineering
